Andrew King is a restaurant consultant who delivers measurable results for brands looking to grow, optimize, and thrive. With extensive experience partnering with iconic names like Momofuku (FUKU), GENJIGO, Hill Country Hospitality, Num Pang Sandwich Shop, Applemetro, Hillstone Restaurant Group, and American Golf Corporation, Andrew has overseen the openings of dozens of restaurants across the country. He has experience opening restaurants with revenues of $2M-$12M in the first year.

He specializes in designing service models, launching commissary and delivery operations, revamping operational manuals, and building high-performance corporate teams across restaurants, stadiums, and online retail platforms. Notably, Andrew has successfully opened and revitalized locations during the COVID-19 pandemic—proving his ability to navigate crises, adapt rapidly, and uncover growth opportunities under pressure.

Grounded in hands-on operational experience—he started as a busboy—Andrew's leadership philosophy emphasizes teaching, empowering, and supporting teams at every level to drive sustained performance and profitability.
